Oktoberfest fever in Vonyarcvashegy! Zenit festival on the shores of Lake Balaton 🍻

At one of the popular meeting spots in the Balaton Uplands, in Vonyarcvashegy, Bavarian atmosphere moves in again on the first Sunday of October. The Zenit Oktoberfest on October 4, 2026, from 1 PM welcomes guests, where besides the pleasant autumn weather by the lake, a real beer festival awaits the interested.

The program is prepared with classic Bavarian dishes and local beer specialties. Behind the taps are three Balaton breweries: ŐriBird from Nagyrákos, Stari Sörfőzde from Tapolca, and Sörművek from Balatonszentgyörgy. These local manufactories represent the region's beer-making traditions with fresh, draft beers.

The host of the afternoon is Farkas Gergő – Sajt, and the musical background is provided by live accordion music. The organizers also promise an all-afternoon Beer Olympics, so guests can measure their skills in a playful way.

The event is an excellent opportunity for beer lovers and families around Lake Balaton to discover local flavors and lakeside hospitality. 🍺🎶
